1. Full Commercial Ownership Rights

You retain 100% unrestricted intellectual property ownership of all QR codes, artistic images, SVG vector paths, and design configurations generated using this platform. You are fully authorized to use, distribute, modify, and sell generated designs for any personal or commercial project without royalties, attribution requirements, or licensing fees.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to encode or generate QR codes pointing to malicious URLs, phishing portals, malware distribution endpoints, illegal materials, or deceptive destination payloads intended to defraud end users.

3. Physical Print Responsibility

While our platform provides real-time scannability diagnostics based on WCAG 2.1 relative luminance algorithms, you are solely responsible for conducting physical test scans on sample media prior to mass commercial printing or production runs.

4. "As-Is" Software Provision

The software is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. In no event shall the authors or project maintainers be liable for any damages resulting from optical decode failure or printing errors.
